Bold Reuse is a circular-economy startup that helps organizations transition away from single-use waste. I led the design of a new community platform that enabled Bold Reuse’s clients to share insights, ask questions, and collaborate on sustainability practices. I built the design system, interactive Figma prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with developer-ready documentation, creating a community experience that made sustainable operations feel more connected, approachable, and actionable.

Bold Reuse needed a community platform where their B2B clients could ask questions, share best practices, and access resources. They wanted a simple and inviting space that would strengthen client engagement and help teams run their reuse programs more smoothly. My role was to design this platform from the ground up — starting from the low fidelity prototypes and user research.

They wanted a simple and inviting space that would strengthen client engagement and help teams run their reuse programs more smoothly. My role was to design this platform from the ground up — starting from the low fidelity prototypes and user research.

RESULTS
I delivered a complete end-to-end prototype of the Bold Reuse community platform. The final product included a login flow, home feed, multiple post types (polls, text posts, questions, and media), a create-a-post flow, direct messages, communities, a resources page with case studies, an FAQ page, personal and company profiles, and a notifications page. These designs provided a clear product vision and gave the team a usable foundation for development and client testing.
